Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time for items in stock will ship the same day. Customer Service is open from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time Monday thru Friday.
How to Order
You may place an order on the web at www.savannajones.com. Your customer number, or mail code, appears above your name on the address label or on an invoice. Refer to the our shipping chart for shipping rates and times.
Methods of Payment
Payment can be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Money Order or Personal Check. Payments made with Temporary Checks from your account will be held up to 21 days for clearance before shipping. We will ship some items to a limited number of locations by UPS-COD. There is an additional charge of $12.50 per box and the UPS driver must be paid by certified check or money order made payable ONLY to Savanna Jones Inc. Shipments outside the US must be paid in U.S. Dollars and cannot be shipped COD (Credit Cards are the easiest method of payment for Export Orders). All Store Credits expire 24 months from date of issue.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to a Pennsylvania address will be charged 6% Sales Tax. Addresses in Nevada will be charged 7.25%.
Back Orders
Because we are a Master Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes, however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for orders which have not been shipped.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of Sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. We only specify that the product not be used, damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, Savanna Jones will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge. For fast processing of returns, please call ahead for a Return Authorization Number, or use the return form on the back of your invoice. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient identification, and insure all returns for your protection. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.
Damaged Shipments
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused. If your damaged shipment was delivered by UPS, please call 800-PICK-UPS and report the damage. If your damaged shipment was delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier's bill. After contacting the carrier, please contact Savanna Jones for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.
Warranties
All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. Savanna Jones, Inc. can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. Savanna Jones is not liable for any labor, incidental, or any other associated costs related to installation of products.
