Q. Can I check the status of an order I placed?
A. We will send you an order acknowledgement email promptly after
receiving your order on the web site, so you get verification that your
order was properly received. We will also send you a shipment confirmation
email when your order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you. Order

Q. What does Savanna Jones do with back orders?
A. Because we are a Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of
inventory. Sometimes however, an item will be in short supply, due to overwhelming
demand. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for
Special Orders and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for
orders, which have not been shipped.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. Orders received before 12:00 (Noon) Eastern Time will ship the same
business day on in stock items. Normal UPS shipping can be from 2 to 8
working days.

Q. What is your shipping policy?
A. Most orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service. Hardtops ship by
Truck Freight, we will contact you with the final cost. See our table for actual shipping cost. We often ship from multiple locations throughout the US to give you better and more economical service.
Q. When do you charge my credit card?
A. Except for Special Orders (e.g. Hardtops) and some Drop Shipments we
will not charge your credit card for orders, which have not been shipped.

refund of the amount paid for the product. Refunds do not include shipping

the product not be damaged, missing components or manufacturer's
documentation. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically
exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking
charge. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient
