A. Savanna Jones is your source for just about anything you need for your Jeep, 4x4, Dodge Durango and coming soon other SUV's.

Q. Can I check the status of an order I placed?
A. We will send you an order acknowledgement email promptly after receiving your order on the web site, so you get verification that your order was properly received. We will also send you a shipment confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you. Order status can be checked on-line. Click here to go to the Account Login Page.

Q. What does Savanna Jones do with back orders?
A. Because we are a Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes however, an item will be in short supply, due to overwhelming demand. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for orders, which have not been shipped.

Q. Does Savanna Jones ship orders to customers outside the USA?
A. Yes we do ship to customers outside the USA. We will contact you with final shipping charges before we ship your order outside the USA.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. Orders received before 12:00 (Noon) Eastern Time will ship the same business day on in stock items. Normal UPS shipping can be from 2 to 8 working days.

    A. Yes! Ordering at SavannaJones.com is fast and secure. All credit card transactions at SavannaJones.com are securely processed using secure socket layer (SSL) software, which is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure commerce transactions. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels on the Internet.

    Q. Where does Savanna Jones charge sales tax?
    A. Only orders shipped to an address in Pennsylvania or Nevada will be charged a sales tax.

    Q. What is your shipping policy?
    A. Most orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service. Hardtops ship by Truck Freight, we will contact you with the final cost. Collect. See our table for actual shipping cost. We often ship from multiple locations throughout the US to give you better and more economical service.

    Q. When do you charge my credit card?
    A. Except for Special Orders (e.g. Hardtops) and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for orders, which have not been shipped.

    A. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of Sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, Savanna Jones will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. We only specify that the product not be damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient identification. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.

    Q. How do the warranties work?
    A. All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. Savanna Jones, Inc. can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. We have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However any typographical or printing errors, Prices or Specifications (subject to change) will be corrected without prior notice.

    What information do we retain?
